The Holy Baptism Sacrament allows each one of us to begin our journery in the Christian life. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as the children of God. We become members of Christ and are incorporated into the Church and are made sharers in her mission. Jesus begins his public life after having himself baptized by St. John the Baptist in the Jordan River. After his resurrection, Jesus instructed his disciples to, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." Parents of children and adults, wishing to be Baptised, should be registered
parishioners. Contact the Parish Office to arrange for pre-Baptism instructions, and dates for Baptism. |
