The St. Louise funeral luncheon ministry was formed by a group of parishioners in the late 1970’s. Its mission then, as it is today, is to support members of our parish family in the loss of a loved one. 

Served at the Parish Center, volunteers provide a modest lunch after the funeral service.  With a two-day notice, this service is available to and for all registered parishioners. 

Since 1986, Mrs. Barbara Usakowski continues to direct this effort.  Anyone may volunteer his or her help (cooking or serving) by contacting Barbara through the parish office (586-751-3340). The group does not have meetings or officers. There is always a need for good workers.
