Hello, my name is Peggy DeClercq, and I am the Director of Religious Education for St. Louise Parish.
When Msgr. Rice invited me to come on board, I was very pleased to accept. I am thrilled to be working in such a friendly, welcoming environment, filled with such dedicated, faith-filled people.
My husband Bill and I have two children who are both in college. I began working in a religious education program as a volunteer catechist when my children were small - that was 17 years ago! Now, I am a certified Director of Religious Education through the Archdiocese of Detroit, and have several years of experience in that area.
I look forward to meeting and working with the children and families in the Religious Education program, as well as all the parishioners of St. Louise.
